About Us

I come from a line of New Jersey caterers and have been in the catering business most of my life. My father started the family catering business over 30 years ago where I would work with him in the kitchen and the office after school and on weekends. I watched him and learned the tricks of the trade. I would watch him cooking in the kitchen and all I wanted to do was be a chef just like my father. He would teach me everything he could knowing that one day I would be running the family business, I was like a sponge learning everything I possibly could about preparing food and presentation.

I also worked in the office booking appointments and meeting with customers for many years. It was here that I found a love of speaking with people and helping them plan their special event and seeing it through to the end. There is nothing more gratifying then that! I would help them plan their event from start to finish including the decorating to how the food would be presented. I help clients decide whether there event would be a buffet, a sit down dinner or require our barbeque catering.

Many of my family members also learned from my father and have started their own catering business. My Uncle Pete started his own business as well as My Aunt Linda. My brother Tommy Jr. is an executive chef at a large hotel chain continuing the family tradition. Most of my sisters and brothers (15 of them) also helped in my father’s business and many of them are still in the food business today.
